An easy to follow program

  • An easy to follow training program which will help you reach your goal of being able to do 100 consecutive pushups. For 6 weeks you'll follow a progressive training program that will help you develop your chest muscles, triceps and shoulders. The application will adapt the program to your current fitness level and you'll be able to monitor your progress by examining the logs and chart as you go.
